针对传统钒系 SCR 催化剂的再生方式,分别研究了水洗、酸洗处理对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,水洗可以去除14%的中毒元素 Na,酸洗几乎能去除全部的 Na,但与此同时也洗去大约22.6%的 V。 Na 中毒使催化剂的氧化能力与表面酸位对 NH3的吸附能力大幅下降,水洗、酸洗工艺处理后可以使中毒催化剂的氧化能力与 NH3吸附能力提高。此外中毒和再生处理过程对催化剂的物理结构影响较小。

A research on the regeneration process of SCR catalyst was applied to study the effect of water and acid wash -ing on the performance of catalyst .The results showed that water washing could wipe off 14% poison element of sodium (Na) on the catalyst, and acid washing could wipe off almost all of the Na , but the washing steps also wiped off 22. 6% vanadium (V) on the catalyst.The poison element Na made the oxidize ability and the ammonia adsorption capac -ity of catalyst declined sharply .After the water and acid washing , the oxidize ability and the ammonia adsorption ca -pacity of deactivated catalyst can be enhanced .In addition, both the poisoning and washing procedure had almost no effect on the physical structure .
