为降低镁还原-蒸馏法生产的高氯海绵钛产品中杂质氯的含量，提高产品等级，对高氯海绵钛分别进行回炉处理和酸洗处理实验。结果表明：回炉处理后产品的氯含量虽有下降，但杂质氧的含量显著上升，不能达到提高产品等级的目的；酸洗处理后产品氯含量显著降低，且其他杂质含量没有增加，产品质量和经济效益得到有效提升。
위강저미환원-증류법생산적고록해면태산품중잡질록적함량，제고산품등급，대고록해면태분별진행회로처리화산세처리실험。결과표명：회로처리후산품적록함량수유하강，단잡질양적함량현저상승，불능체도제고산품등급적목적；산세처리후산품록함량현저강저，차기타잡질함량몰유증가，산품질량화경제효익득도유효제승。
To reduce the chlorine impurity content and improve the product grade of titanium sponge which produced by magnesium reduction-distillation process , the oven and pickling experiments were conducted to the high chlorine titanium sponge in this paper .Results show that the chlorine contents fall after oven experiment , but the oxygen impu-rity contents increase considerably , which can not achieve the purpose of improving the product grade .And chlorine contents decrease significantly after pickling experiments , while other impurities contents do not increase , so pickling treatment can improve product quality effectively , and has good economic benefits .
