我国水资源状况越来越严峻，可利用地表水量越来越少，为改善这一状况，加强地表水水质安全监测已刻不容缓。结合我国地表水水质安全现状，对我国地表水水质安全的监测方法、技术、指标等方面进行了系统的归纳与分析，并在此基础上参考国外的地表水水质监测的相关研究，展望我国在水质安全监测的技术提升和指标选取的合理化。

China is facing a more and more serious situation of its water resources with a decreasing a-mount of surface water,which places surface water quality monitoring among the most urgent tasks. Based on the current situation of surface water quality,this paper carries out a systematic summary and analysis of the method,technology and indexes of surface water quality monitoring in China. Finally,a review of global researches offers a view on the future improvement of technology and rationalization in index of sur-face water quality monitoring in China.
