针对实际生产中TC18钛合金模锻件存在的成形难和组织、性能不稳定的问题,对锻件分模面位置和结构进行了调整,并进行实验验证。结果表明,采用顶部分模方式可以大大改善金属的流动性,减少锻造火次,提高生产效率,同时锻件组织较采用中间分模得到的更加均匀,强度和断裂韧性得到了提高,塑性也保持了较高的水平,具有良好的综合性能。
針對實際生產中TC18鈦閤金模鍛件存在的成形難和組織、性能不穩定的問題,對鍛件分模麵位置和結構進行瞭調整,併進行實驗驗證。結果錶明,採用頂部分模方式可以大大改善金屬的流動性,減少鍛造火次,提高生產效率,同時鍛件組織較採用中間分模得到的更加均勻,彊度和斷裂韌性得到瞭提高,塑性也保持瞭較高的水平,具有良好的綜閤性能。
침대실제생산중TC18태합금모단건존재적성형난화조직、성능불은정적문제,대단건분모면위치화결구진행료조정,병진행실험험증。결과표명,채용정부분모방식가이대대개선금속적류동성,감소단조화차,제고생산효솔,동시단건조직교채용중간분모득도적경가균균,강도화단렬인성득도료제고,소성야보지료교고적수평,구유량호적종합성능。
The problems of forming and mechanical property instability for TC 18 titanium alloy forgings have been analyzed in this paper .By adjusting the parting surface position and its structure , and then after testing and verifying , it is found that parting from roof surface can improve the metal flowing state , decrease the forging heats and also increase production efficiency .Moreover, the forging with roof parting surface is found to have more uniform micro-structure with better strength and fracture toughness .The ductility of forging with roof parting surface has remained at a high level , the comprehensive properties is also good .
