综述了涡轮发动机钛合金叶片榫头微动疲劳失效的两种试验方法(轴向微动疲劳试验和榫型微动疲劳试验)的研究现状。轴向微动疲劳试验技术适用于微动疲劳失效机理的研究,应用于抗微动疲劳防护层试验验证的研究也较多;而榫型微动疲劳试验技术则多用于力学分析和模型建立等方面。榫头微动疲劳问题的研究还远未完善,应综合运用微动磨损、轴向微动疲劳和榫型微动疲劳等技术,并配合有限元分析手段,开展微动疲劳机理、多因素影响及防护层作用等方面的系统研究。
綜述瞭渦輪髮動機鈦閤金葉片榫頭微動疲勞失效的兩種試驗方法(軸嚮微動疲勞試驗和榫型微動疲勞試驗)的研究現狀。軸嚮微動疲勞試驗技術適用于微動疲勞失效機理的研究,應用于抗微動疲勞防護層試驗驗證的研究也較多;而榫型微動疲勞試驗技術則多用于力學分析和模型建立等方麵。榫頭微動疲勞問題的研究還遠未完善,應綜閤運用微動磨損、軸嚮微動疲勞和榫型微動疲勞等技術,併配閤有限元分析手段,開展微動疲勞機理、多因素影響及防護層作用等方麵的繫統研究。

This paper introduces two approaches to research the titanium alloy blade-disk dovetail fretting fatigue failure of turbine engine: the axial and dovetail fretting fatigue tests .The former is mainly used to study the failure mechanisms and the fretting resistance of protective layer .The latter is used to do mechanical analysis and numerical simulation .Integrated use of fretting wear , axial and dovetail fretting fatigue test and finite element analysis method to do the system research of fretting fatigue mechanism , factors and the property of protective layers is the key to complete the complex fretting fatigue failure research of the blade-disk in aeroengine turbine .
