Desulphurized ash%Cement%Modification%Activation
针对脱硫灰渣中无水硫酸钙、游离氧化钙影响水泥产品性能等问题,采用机械研磨、化学激发剂联合激发方式对脱硫灰渣进行预处理。实验结果表明,脱硫灰渣的合适改性条件如下:脱硫灰渣与水的质量比为1∶1,激发剂加入量为灰渣质量的0.2%,球磨机转速为300 r/min ,研磨时间为60 min ,脱硫灰渣经研磨处理继续浸泡48 h。水泥掺合实验表明,当脱硫灰渣的掺合质量分数不超过20%时,水泥产品的性能能够满足32.5号水泥的质量要求。
針對脫硫灰渣中無水硫痠鈣、遊離氧化鈣影響水泥產品性能等問題,採用機械研磨、化學激髮劑聯閤激髮方式對脫硫灰渣進行預處理。實驗結果錶明,脫硫灰渣的閤適改性條件如下:脫硫灰渣與水的質量比為1∶1,激髮劑加入量為灰渣質量的0.2%,毬磨機轉速為300 r/min ,研磨時間為60 min ,脫硫灰渣經研磨處理繼續浸泡48 h。水泥摻閤實驗錶明,噹脫硫灰渣的摻閤質量分數不超過20%時,水泥產品的性能能夠滿足32.5號水泥的質量要求。

Anhydrous calcium sulfate and free calcium oxide in the desulphurized ash have a bad effect on the properties of cement .A ball mill and chemical activator are used for modifying desulphurized ash ,and the proper treatment conditions is selected as :the mass ratio of desulphurized ash to water is 1∶1;the optimum concentration of chemical activator added into desulphurized ash is 0 .2% ;the converted speed of ball mill is 300 r/min;the grinding time is 60 min ,and the desulphurized ash is continued to be soaked for 48 hours after modified by ball and activator .The cement admixture experiment shows that the properties of cement can achieve the level of 32 .5#cement when the mass of desulphurized ash added into cement is great than 20% .
