目的：探讨5％那他霉素联合0．2％氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法真菌性角膜炎患者45例（45只眼）按照患者角膜炎侵润程度的不同将其分为非严重的中轻度组（ A组）和严重的重度组（ B组），两组患者均给予5％那他霉素联合0．2％氟康唑治疗，对比分析两组疗效。结果 A组总有效率为100.00％明显高于B组的57.14％（χ2＝54.7771， P ＝0.0000）；A组发病至诊治时间为（16.5±6.9） d明显短于B组的（29.8±8.7）d（ P ＜0.05）；A组经治疗后视力改善明显优于B组（ P ＜0.05），差异均有统计学意义。结论5％那他霉素联合0．2％氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜炎，尤其是治疗非严重的中轻度患者具有显著性效果，能有效地缩短治疗时间。

Objective To investigate the curative effect on fungal corneal ulcers treated by 5% natamycin com-bined with 0.2%fluconazole.Methods Forty-five patients with fungal corneal ulcer were randomly divided into the non -severe group(group A) and the severe group(group B), the two groups were treated by 5%natamycin eye drops combined with 0.2%fluconazole, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed statistically .Results The total effective rate in group A was significantly higher than group B (χ2 =54.7771, P =0.0000);the time of group A from pathogenesis to diagnose and treatment was significantly shorter than group B ( P <0.05 );the visual improvement of group A after treat-ment was significantly better than group B ( P <0.05 ) .The differences were statistically significant .Conclusion The study showed that the treatment 5%natamycin combined with 0.2%fluconazole is remarkable effective , especially in the treatment of non-severe patients .The combined method can effectively shorten the time of treatment .
