目的：探讨Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器植入术联合丝裂霉素C应用治疗难治性青光眼的疗效。方法应用Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器植入术联合丝裂霉素C治疗45例难治性青光眼。结果行Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器植入术联合丝裂霉素C后眼压控制，滤过维持好，视力损伤轻。结论 Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器植入术联合丝裂霉素C对难治性青光眼有着很好的治疗作用。
目的：探討Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器植入術聯閤絲裂黴素C應用治療難治性青光眼的療效。方法應用Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器植入術聯閤絲裂黴素C治療45例難治性青光眼。結果行Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器植入術聯閤絲裂黴素C後眼壓控製，濾過維持好，視力損傷輕。結論 Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器植入術聯閤絲裂黴素C對難治性青光眼有著很好的治療作用。
목적：탐토Ex-PRESS청광안인류기식입술연합사렬매소C응용치료난치성청광안적료효。방법응용Ex-PRESS청광안인류기식입술연합사렬매소C치료45례난치성청광안。결과행Ex-PRESS청광안인류기식입술연합사렬매소C후안압공제，려과유지호，시력손상경。결론 Ex-PRESS청광안인류기식입술연합사렬매소C대난치성청광안유착흔호적치료작용。
Objective To explore the Ex-PRESS glaucoma drainage device implantation combined mitomycin C in the treatment of refractory glaucoma .Methods The application of the Ex-PRESS glaucoma drainage device implantation combined mitomycin C treatment of 45 cases of refractory glaucoma .Results After the Ex-PRESS glaucoma drainage de-vice implantation combined mitomycin C ,intraocular pressure control , maintain good filtration , small damage to eyesight . Conclusion The Ex-PRESS glaucoma drainage device implantation combined mitomycin C has a very good therapeutic effect on refractory glaucoma .
