目的:探讨框架眼镜( SP)与角膜接触镜( RGP)矫正对人眼光学性能的不同影响。方法选取我院2012年3月至2014年3月间收治的需进行视力矫正的164例近视眼患者,将其随机平均分为两组,每组各82人。研究组佩戴角膜接触镜,对照组佩戴框架眼镜,观察两组患者的矫正视力、屈光度、舒适度以及并发症。结果两组患者矫正视力不具有统计学意义( t =0.02, P =0.9926>0.05)。对两组患者中心屈光度进行测量发现,配戴RGP和SP的中心屈光度均为(0.00±0.00)D,差异不具有统计学意义( F =0.07, P =0.820>0.05);测量其周边屈光度显示,在N30°时配戴RGP的周边屈光度为(0.35±0.98)D,配戴SP的周边屈光度为(2.53±1.92)D,差异显著( F =43.02, P =0.000<0.05)。两组患者佩戴两种视力矫正镜时,以佩戴RGP更舒适,且角膜、结膜相关并发症仅2例。结论框架眼镜与角膜接触镜对视力矫正均较好,但相对于框架眼镜,角膜接触镜更能矫正周边远视性离焦,使周边远视性离焦量大大减少,有助于延缓近视,且佩戴更舒适安全。

Objective To explore the different effect on Optical Properties of the Eye between RGP and SP . Methods To selected 164 patients with myopia for vision correction that admitted in our hospital in March 2012 to March 2014,which were randomly divided into two groups ,and each group of 82 people.Study group wore RGP , and the control group wpre SP.Two groups were observed in patients with corrected visual acuity , diopter, comfort and complications .Re-sults Two groups patients’ corrected visual acuity was not statistically significant ( t =0.02, P =0.9926>0.05).The two groups of patients with central diopter were measured ,and it showed that wearing RGP and SP center diopter were both (0.00 ±0.00) D.The difference was not statistically significant ( F =0.07, P =0.820>0.05).Measuring peripheral refraction showed that ,in N30 °,the peripheral refraction that wore RGP was (0.35 ±0.98) D, and the peripheral refrac-tion that wore SP was (2.53 ±1.92) D.The difference was statistically significant ( F =43.02, P =0.000<0.05). And wearing RGP is more comfortable and corneal ,conjunctival related complications are only 2 cases.Conclusion SP and RGP for vision correction are good , but relative to SP , RGP can correct peripheral hyperopic defocus , make circumja-cent hyperopic defocus greatly reduced , contribute to the progression of myopia , and wearing more comfortable and safe .
