目的:探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合准分子激光治疗性角膜切削术( PTK)治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法将翼状胬肉患者174例(192只眼)随机分为A组(94只眼),行自体角膜缘干细胞移植术;B组(98只眼),行自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合PTK。术后随访6~24个月,对比观察角膜修复时间、瘢痕形成情况、复发率、术后视力提高、角膜散光变化情况。结果 B组患者早期角膜修复时间、瘢痕形成、术后视力提高、角膜散光减少优于A组,术后复发率B组略低于A组。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合PTK治疗翼状胬肉效果好、恢复快、复发率低,值得推广应用。
目的:探討自體角膜緣榦細胞移植聯閤準分子激光治療性角膜切削術( PTK)治療翼狀胬肉的臨床療效。方法將翼狀胬肉患者174例(192隻眼)隨機分為A組(94隻眼),行自體角膜緣榦細胞移植術;B組(98隻眼),行自體角膜緣榦細胞移植聯閤PTK。術後隨訪6~24箇月,對比觀察角膜脩複時間、瘢痕形成情況、複髮率、術後視力提高、角膜散光變化情況。結果 B組患者早期角膜脩複時間、瘢痕形成、術後視力提高、角膜散光減少優于A組,術後複髮率B組略低于A組。結論自體角膜緣榦細胞移植聯閤PTK治療翼狀胬肉效果好、恢複快、複髮率低,值得推廣應用。
목적:탐토자체각막연간세포이식연합준분자격광치료성각막절삭술( PTK)치료익상노육적림상료효。방법장익상노육환자174례(192지안)수궤분위A조(94지안),행자체각막연간세포이식술;B조(98지안),행자체각막연간세포이식연합PTK。술후수방6~24개월,대비관찰각막수복시간、반흔형성정황、복발솔、술후시력제고、각막산광변화정황。결과 B조환자조기각막수복시간、반흔형성、술후시력제고、각막산광감소우우A조,술후복발솔B조략저우A조。결론자체각막연간세포이식연합PTK치료익상노육효과호、회복쾌、복발솔저,치득추엄응용。
Objective To explore the efficacy of combined limbal stem cell autograft transplantation and photother -apeutic keratectomy (PTK) for treatment of pterygium.Methods Totally 174 patients (192 eyes) who suffered from pte-rygium were enrolled in this study .Patients were randomly assigned to receive either limbal stem cell autograft transplanta-tion alone (group A, n =94) or combined with phototherapeutic keratectomy (group B, n =98).Follow-up was 6 to 24 months.Corneal healing time, scar formation, rate of recurrence, changes in visual acuity, and refraction were evaluated and compared between the two groups .Results Patients in group B, i.e., those who received combined limbal stem cell autograft transplantation and PTK , needed shorter time for cornea healing , showed less scar formation , had better visual a-cuity outcomes, less astigmatism, and smaller recurrence rate.Conclusion Combination of limbal stem cell autograft transplantation and phototherapeutic keratectomy ( PTK) is an effective and safe treatment for pterygium .
