目的:观察和分析晶状体玻璃体联合手术对于晶状体脱位的治疗原则、治疗效果和并发症。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2013年12月收治的晶状体脱位30例(34只眼)患者,观察最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、眼压、术后并发症等指标。结果经直接切除或经角膜缘切口取出,所有患者均成功摘除脱位晶状体;术后患者平均BCVA为4.07±0.83,较术前比较明显提高(2.39±0.86,P<0.01);术后7只眼继发性青光眼患者,眼压恢复正常,5只眼合并视网膜裂孔/脱离者,术后视网膜复位。结论根据晶状体核的硬度和脱位方式,采用不同的晶状体取出方法联合玻璃体手术是目前治疗晶状体脱位提高视力,减少并发症的有效手术方式。
目的:觀察和分析晶狀體玻璃體聯閤手術對于晶狀體脫位的治療原則、治療效果和併髮癥。方法迴顧性分析2012年1月至2013年12月收治的晶狀體脫位30例(34隻眼)患者,觀察最佳矯正視力(BCVA)、眼壓、術後併髮癥等指標。結果經直接切除或經角膜緣切口取齣,所有患者均成功摘除脫位晶狀體;術後患者平均BCVA為4.07±0.83,較術前比較明顯提高(2.39±0.86,P<0.01);術後7隻眼繼髮性青光眼患者,眼壓恢複正常,5隻眼閤併視網膜裂孔/脫離者,術後視網膜複位。結論根據晶狀體覈的硬度和脫位方式,採用不同的晶狀體取齣方法聯閤玻璃體手術是目前治療晶狀體脫位提高視力,減少併髮癥的有效手術方式。
목적:관찰화분석정상체파리체연합수술대우정상체탈위적치료원칙、치료효과화병발증。방법회고성분석2012년1월지2013년12월수치적정상체탈위30례(34지안)환자,관찰최가교정시력(BCVA)、안압、술후병발증등지표。결과경직접절제혹경각막연절구취출,소유환자균성공적제탈위정상체;술후환자평균BCVA위4.07±0.83,교술전비교명현제고(2.39±0.86,P<0.01);술후7지안계발성청광안환자,안압회복정상,5지안합병시망막렬공/탈리자,술후시망막복위。결론근거정상체핵적경도화탈위방식,채용불동적정상체취출방법연합파리체수술시목전치료정상체탈위제고시력,감소병발증적유효수술방식。
Objective To study the treatment strategies , outcomes and complications of lens dislocation .Methods Records of 30 patients (30 eyes) with lens dislocation were reviewed .Patients received lens-vitreous surgeries in the De-partment of Ophthalmology , Anhui Provincial Hospital from January 2012 to December 2013.BCVA, intraocular pressure , and complications were reviewed and analyzed .Results All dislocated lens were successfully removed .Visual acuity sig-nificantly improved after surgeries (4.07 ±0.83, compared with preoperative visual acuity 2.39 ±0.86, P <0.01). There were 7 patients developed postoperative glaucoma but were well treated and IOPs restored to normal level completely . There was no postoperative retinal detachment .Conclusion Different lens removal techniques combined with vitrectomy will be needed for the treatment of dislocated lenses .The treatment plan should be individualized based on lens hardness and location .
