目的：探讨超声心动图对先天性左肺动脉吊带（LPAS）的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析本院确诊为左肺动脉吊带的12例患儿超声心动图声像特点。结果12例经CTA（CT血管成像）证实的左肺动脉吊带患儿，超声获诊断10例，诊断符合率83％，其中1例为单纯左肺动脉吊带，9例合并心脏多种畸形；1例漏诊，将动脉导管未闭当做左肺动脉；1例误诊，超声心动图检查将左肺动脉吊带误认为左肺动脉缺如。结论超声心动图是早期诊断左肺动脉吊带的重要方法，具有重要的临床诊断价值。
목적：탐토초성심동도대선천성좌폐동맥조대（LPAS）적진단개치。방법회고성분석본원학진위좌폐동맥조대적12례환인초성심동도성상특점。결과12례경CTA（CT혈관성상）증실적좌폐동맥조대환인，초성획진단10례，진단부합솔83％，기중1례위단순좌폐동맥조대，9례합병심장다충기형；1례루진，장동맥도관미폐당주좌폐동맥；1례오진，초성심동도검사장좌폐동맥조대오인위좌폐동맥결여。결론초성심동도시조기진단좌폐동맥조대적중요방법，구유중요적림상진단개치。
Objetive To explore the diagnostic value of echocardiography in treating left pulmonary ar-tery sling(LPAS ). Methods The ultrasonongraphic features of1 2 children with left pulmonary artery sling treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results 1 2 cases of left pulmonary artery sling were di-agnosed by CTA and operations.Among them,1 0 cases were diagnosed by ultrasound (the diagnostic accord-ance rate was 83%)1 case was diagnosed as simple left pulmonary artery sling;the other 9 cases as cardiac ab-normalities.1 case was misdiagnosed,1 cases was erroneously diagnosed. Conclusion Ultrasound is an im-portant technique for early diagnosis of left pulmonary artery sling.It has important clinical value.
