目的：探讨儿童会阴型中缝囊肿的临床特征和诊治经验。方法对2009年10月至2013年3月收治的7例会阴型中缝囊肿患儿的临床及随访资料进行回顾性分析。结果7例患儿均为男性，平均年龄6岁（3～13岁），均表现为会阴中缝上条索状或管状囊肿，呈淡黄色半透明状，边界较清，触之质软，囊肿多呈进行性增大，无疼痛等不适，无炎症表现。7例均予手术完整切除病变。术后病理检查证实为（会阴型）中缝囊肿。平均随访33个月无复发。结论中缝囊肿为良性病变，会阴型较为少见。手术完整切除病变后预后良好。
목적：탐토인동회음형중봉낭종적림상특정화진치경험。방법대2009년10월지2013년3월수치적7례회음형중봉낭종환인적림상급수방자료진행회고성분석。결과7례환인균위남성，평균년령6세（3～13세），균표현위회음중봉상조색상혹관상낭종，정담황색반투명상，변계교청，촉지질연，낭종다정진행성증대，무동통등불괄，무염증표현。7례균여수술완정절제병변。술후병리검사증실위（회음형）중봉낭종。평균수방33개월무복발。결론중봉낭종위량성병변，회음형교위소견。수술완정절제병변후예후량호。
Objetive To review the clinical feature and treatment of the median raphe cysts of the peri-neum in children. Methods Charts of 7 children’s admitted between October 2009 and March 201 3 were re-viewed. Results There were 7 boys.The mean age of the patients was 6 years (ranging from 3 to 1 3 years ). The lesions present as a cordlike or canaliform induration on the median raphe,they were yellowwish in colour and translucent,with clearer boundary and soft touched,most of them were progressive enlargement,without pain or inflammation.The lesions were treated with excision completely.The pathologic diagnosis was median raphe cysts.Average follow-up period was 30 months.No recurrence was occured. Conclusion Median raphe cysts of the perineum are a rare,benign lesion.Patients may have a good prognosis after simple excision.
