重型商用车辆燃料消耗量法规检验中没有具体的换档规定,但采用不同的换档策略,检测结果有一定的差别。本文通过建立数学模型模拟燃料消耗量检验过程,在满足法规要求的前提下,采用两种极端换档策略得到的检验结果差异较大;在此基础上提出较为合理的换档策略,以提高检测结果的一致性。

In the heavy commercial vehicle fuel consumption regulation's test, there is no specific shift strategy. However, different shift strategies bring about different test results. In this paper, by establishing a mathematical model for simulating the fuel consumption test process, and under the pre-conditions of meeting the need of regula-tions, the test results with two extreme shift strategies have bigger differences. On this basis, the authors put forward a reasonable shift strategy in order to improve the test results consistency.
