基于在青岛市农业广播电视学校开展的问卷调查，运用二元Logistic模型对农民参与培训的影响因素进行了实证分析。分析结果表明，培训对提高收入的帮助程度、家庭人数、家庭土地规模、培训时间、培训方式等因素的影响较为显著，建议政府在条件支持和组织形式两方面采取有针对性的措施，提高农民参与培训的积极性和实效。

Based on the questionnaire survey made in Qingdao Agricultural Broadcasting and Tele-vision School ,this paper utilizes binary Logistic model to make empirical analysis on the factors that influence the peasants'participation in the training .The result shows that the training has significant influence on the increasing income ,family size ,family land scale ,training time and training methods . It is suggested that the government should take targeted measures in conditions support and organiza-tion forms to improve the activity and the effect of the participation of the peasants in training .
