随着新一代中型运载火箭研制的开展,贮箱焊接筒段的精细化设计成为结构减重、火箭提高运载能力的关键。对比分析国内外主要液体火箭贮箱筒段的不同网格加筋形式,发现三角形网格对轴压承载有着显著优势。随即对三角形网格加筋金属壳体的轴压承载能力展开算法分析、有限元计算和全尺寸级破坏试验的研究,最终验证等刚度铺层计算方法正确可行。理论分析和试验结果均表明,相比传统的斜置正交网格形式,三角形网格拥有更高的结构效率。按照结构最优原则设计的等重量三角形网格圆筒的轴压承载能力高出斜置正交网格15.3%左右。采用三角形网格加筋可有效减轻贮箱结构的重量。

With the development of new generation medium-size launch vehicles, refine design for welded cylindrical tank shells became the key technology on structural weight-lighting and launch capability-enhancing. Based on review of different stiffening types on domestic and foreign launch vehicles, isogrid was evaluated to be the optimum stiffening type for axial compression. By researching on calculation method and FEM, also with full-scale experiment on mechanical property of isogrid-cylinder under axial compression, the equal stiffness smeared-out method was justified to be feasible. Theoretical analysis and experiment results indicated that the isogrid pattern has higher structural efficient than 45° helical pattern. Following the optimal structure- design principle, the load bearing capacity of isogrid cylinder was larger 15.3% than that of 45°helical cylinder with equal weight, so the isogrid stiffened pattern could effectively reduce weight of the tank.
