针对大量的海洋观测仪器连接到因特网的实际需求，在分析了目前仪器设备多种联网方案的基础上，提出了一种基于W7100A芯片的网络接口的设计方案，该方案具有硬件电路简单、功耗及成本低、工作温度范围广、适应海洋工作环境的特点。介绍了W7100A芯片的基本原理和特性，提供了网络接口的硬件电路设计方法，并介绍了基于客户端和服务器的软件设计流程，为海洋仪器的联网提供一种可靠方便的网络功能模块，在海洋仪器中得到业务化应用，通过与同类其它产品比较，更适合应用于海洋仪器中，并可推广到其他设备使用。

A design of network interface based on W7100A chip after analyzing multiple solutions of instruments connected to the network is proposed to meet the requirements of plentiful ocean observing instruments to be connected to the internet. The program has several advantages, such as simple hardware circuit, low power consumption, low cost, wide operating temperature range, adaptation to the marine environment and so on. This paper introduces the basic principles and characteristics of the W7100A chip, and provides a design of hardware circuit of network interface. Furthermore, this paper introduces the software design process based on the client-and-server mode to provide a reliable and convenient network function module for the networking of marine instruments. The performance of this module is reliable when it is tested in the laboratory. And this program has been applied in the marine instrument, and is more suitable for marine instrument by comparing with other similar products. In addition, it can be generalized to other devices.
