为了更好地鉴别卵巢黄体破裂与急性阑尾炎，对接诊的1例急性下腹痛病例进行分析。结果表明，卵巢黄体破裂与急性阑尾炎临床表现极其相似，误诊几率大。对于女性患者，妇科医生要在问诊及体格检查上仔细区分两者的差异，重视鉴别诊断，必要时请外科医生会诊，进一步分析和判断病情，避免漏诊、误诊、误治的发生。

위료경호지감별란소황체파렬여급성란미염，대접진적1례급성하복통병례진행분석。결과표명，란소황체파렬여급성란미염림상표현겁기상사，오진궤솔대。대우녀성환자，부과의생요재문진급체격검사상자세구분량자적차이，중시감별진단，필요시청외과의생회진，진일보분석화판단병정，피면루진、오진、오치적발생。
In order to distinguish the ovary corpus luteum from acute appendicitis ,this paper analyzed a case of acute abdominal pain.The results showed that clinical features were very similar between ovary corpus luteum and acute appendicitis and misdiagnosis rate was relatively high .For female patients ,the gynecologist should distinguish the difference in interrogation and physical examination carefully ,pay more attention to the differ-ential diagnosis,if necessary,surgical consultation,further analysis and judgment are needed to avoid misdiag-nosis and mistreatment.
