Type 2 diabetes%peripheral neuropathy%lower limbs EMG
目的:探讨双下肢肌电图在糖尿病周围神经病变诊断中的应用。方法:回顾性分析148例2型糖尿病患者的双下肢肌电图数据,包括胫神经、腓总神经运动神经波幅及传导速度(MCV),腓浅神经感觉神经波幅及传导速度,胫神经 F-波潜伏期,双足皮肤交感反应(SSR)波幅及潜伏期。结果:胫神经运动传导速度的异常率高于其波幅的异常率,皮肤交感反应波幅的异常率高于其潜伏期的异常率,差异有统计学意义( P ﹤0.01);腓总神经、F-波、皮肤交感反应的异常率高于胫神经和腓浅神经的异常率,差异有统计学意义( P ﹤0.01);临床诊断异常率与肌电图诊断异常率比较,差异有统计学意义(P =0.000)。结论:双下肢肌电图是糖尿病周围神经病变早期诊断的一种颇有价值的检查手段。
目的:探討雙下肢肌電圖在糖尿病週圍神經病變診斷中的應用。方法:迴顧性分析148例2型糖尿病患者的雙下肢肌電圖數據,包括脛神經、腓總神經運動神經波幅及傳導速度(MCV),腓淺神經感覺神經波幅及傳導速度,脛神經 F-波潛伏期,雙足皮膚交感反應(SSR)波幅及潛伏期。結果:脛神經運動傳導速度的異常率高于其波幅的異常率,皮膚交感反應波幅的異常率高于其潛伏期的異常率,差異有統計學意義( P ﹤0.01);腓總神經、F-波、皮膚交感反應的異常率高于脛神經和腓淺神經的異常率,差異有統計學意義( P ﹤0.01);臨床診斷異常率與肌電圖診斷異常率比較,差異有統計學意義(P =0.000)。結論:雙下肢肌電圖是糖尿病週圍神經病變早期診斷的一種頗有價值的檢查手段。
목적:탐토쌍하지기전도재당뇨병주위신경병변진단중적응용。방법:회고성분석148례2형당뇨병환자적쌍하지기전도수거,포괄경신경、비총신경운동신경파폭급전도속도(MCV),비천신경감각신경파폭급전도속도,경신경 F-파잠복기,쌍족피부교감반응(SSR)파폭급잠복기。결과:경신경운동전도속도적이상솔고우기파폭적이상솔,피부교감반응파폭적이상솔고우기잠복기적이상솔,차이유통계학의의( P ﹤0.01);비총신경、F-파、피부교감반응적이상솔고우경신경화비천신경적이상솔,차이유통계학의의( P ﹤0.01);림상진단이상솔여기전도진단이상솔비교,차이유통계학의의(P =0.000)。결론:쌍하지기전도시당뇨병주위신경병변조기진단적일충파유개치적검사수단。
Objective:To study the application of lower limbs EMG in the diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods:The data of lower limbs EMG of 148 cases of type 2 diabete were retrospectively analyzed,including the tibial nerve,peroneal nerve motor amplitude and conduction velocity,superficial peroneal nerve sensory amplitude and conduc-tion speed,F-wave latency of tibial nerve,amplitude and latency of foot skin sympathetic response. Results:The abnor-mal rate of tibial nerve motor conduction velocity was higher than amplitude;the abnormal rate of skin sympathetic re-sponse′s amplitude was higher than its latency. The difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 01);Peroneal nerve,F-wave,and skin sympathetic response,s abnormal rate were higher than the Tibial and the Superficial peroneal nerve,s and the difference was statistically significant( P ﹤ 0. 01);Compared with the abnormal rate of clinical diagnosis and EMG diagnosis,the difference was statistically significant( P = 0. 000). Conclusion:Lower limbs EMG is a valuable means of checking in the early diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
