对话在本质上是一种关系与意义的追求,是教育活动的话语本性。对话是教师专业化发展的内在驱动力,能影响教师的教育信念,增进教师的教育机智,凝练教师的语言艺术。对话视域下的教师专业化发展必须重塑教师教育信念,开展基于对话的教学反思,加强基于对话的语言训练。

The dialogue in essence is a kind of pursuit for relationship and meaning,and is the nature of discourse for education activity. Dialogue is the internal driving force to teachers' professional development,which would influence teachers' education belief, and accumulate educational wit,as well as condense language arts. For the professional development of teachers from the perspective of dialogue,it is necessary to reconstruct teachers' education belief,promote teaching reconsidering and strengthen the language training on the basis of dialogue.
