当前,“90后”大学生正面临着求职择业,走向工作岗位以实现人生价值。“90后”大学生的就业价值取向呈现出明显的特点,其就业价值取向的形成受个人、社会、家庭、学校等因素的影响较大,为更好地帮助他们树立正确的就业观,通过考察“90后”大学生就业价值取向的变化特点并进行分析,提出加强“90后”大学生就业价值观教育引导的对策。
噹前,“90後”大學生正麵臨著求職擇業,走嚮工作崗位以實現人生價值。“90後”大學生的就業價值取嚮呈現齣明顯的特點,其就業價值取嚮的形成受箇人、社會、傢庭、學校等因素的影響較大,為更好地幫助他們樹立正確的就業觀,通過攷察“90後”大學生就業價值取嚮的變化特點併進行分析,提齣加彊“90後”大學生就業價值觀教育引導的對策。

At present,the post-90s college students are faced with finding jobs,in order to realize the value of life. However,due to the employment of the value orientation of post-90s college students present the obvious characteristics,which are influenced by the personal,social,family,school and other factors to form the larger employment value orientation. In order to help them to establish a correct concept of employment,through investigating the characteristics of universitygraduates employment change our value orientation and analysis,draw countermeasures to strengthen the education of the post-90s college students employment values.
