选用11个冬小麦品种,以NaCl溶液为盐胁迫,探究冬小麦品种在不同浓度的NaCl溶液胁迫下8个性状指标上的差异,并对这些指标的相对值采用差异显著性分析。结果表明,随着NaCl盐溶液浓度升高,小麦萌发期各指标的相对耐盐系数均下降,且发芽率、发芽势、根长、胚芽鞘长、苗高、第1片叶的生长速率以及苗鲜质量在不同品种及不同浓度处理间差异显著;但NaCl盐溶液对小麦根数的影响差异不显著;因此,以上7个生理性状指标可以作为冬小麦萌发期室内筛选的有效指标;11个供试品种中,德抗961、青麦6号在萌发期表现出较强的耐盐能力。
選用11箇鼕小麥品種,以NaCl溶液為鹽脅迫,探究鼕小麥品種在不同濃度的NaCl溶液脅迫下8箇性狀指標上的差異,併對這些指標的相對值採用差異顯著性分析。結果錶明,隨著NaCl鹽溶液濃度升高,小麥萌髮期各指標的相對耐鹽繫數均下降,且髮芽率、髮芽勢、根長、胚芽鞘長、苗高、第1片葉的生長速率以及苗鮮質量在不同品種及不同濃度處理間差異顯著;但NaCl鹽溶液對小麥根數的影響差異不顯著;因此,以上7箇生理性狀指標可以作為鼕小麥萌髮期室內篩選的有效指標;11箇供試品種中,德抗961、青麥6號在萌髮期錶現齣較彊的耐鹽能力。
선용11개동소맥품충,이NaCl용액위염협박,탐구동소맥품충재불동농도적NaCl용액협박하8개성상지표상적차이,병대저사지표적상대치채용차이현저성분석。결과표명,수착NaCl염용액농도승고,소맥맹발기각지표적상대내염계수균하강,차발아솔、발아세、근장、배아초장、묘고、제1편협적생장속솔이급묘선질량재불동품충급불동농도처리간차이현저;단NaCl염용액대소맥근수적영향차이불현저;인차,이상7개생이성상지표가이작위동소맥맹발기실내사선적유효지표;11개공시품충중,덕항961、청맥6호재맹발기표현출교강적내염능력。
In this study ,11 winter wheat species were selected to explore the differences of eight trait indicators under different concentrations of NaCl solution ,which was chosen as the salt stress .And the relative values of the indicators were analyzed by the analysis of the outstanding difference .The results showed that as the concentration of NaCl salt solution increases the relative salt tolerance coefficient of each index of the winter wheat decreased during the germination .In addition ,there were significant differences among the germination rate ,germination potential ,root length ,coleoptile length ,seedling height ,and the growth rate of the first leaf as well as the fresh weight of seedlings between different species and different concentrations .But the effect of NaCl salt solution on the number of the wheat roots was not significant .So the seven indexes of physiological traits can be used as an effective indicator of the selection of winter wheat during the germination indoor .The study also indicated that the tested varieties of Dek-ang 961 and Qingmai 6 exhibit stronger salt tolerance during the germination stage .
