本实验以红光、蓝光、红蓝光(2∶1)和白光等4种LED光源比较不同光质对甘蔗愈伤组织分化、增殖和叶片可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明,红光照射下的甘蔗愈伤组织分化效率最高,在16 d时已经接近最高值。蓝光、红蓝光和白光等光源照射的愈伤组织光照24 d,分化率接近最高值。在幼苗增殖上,红光、红蓝光和白光之间没有显著差异,但都明显高于蓝光下的增殖倍数。在叶绿素含量上,在红蓝组合光下植株叶片叶绿素含量最高,而蓝光下甘蔗组培苗叶绿素含量最低。蓝光照射可促进幼苗伸长,增加可溶性蛋白含量。因此,应根据甘蔗组培不同阶段的技术需要选用合适的光源。

본실험이홍광、람광、홍람광(2∶1)화백광등4충LED광원비교불동광질대감자유상조직분화、증식화협편가용성단백함량적영향。결과표명,홍광조사하적감자유상조직분화효솔최고,재16 d시이경접근최고치。람광、홍람광화백광등광원조사적유상조직광조24 d,분화솔접근최고치。재유묘증식상,홍광、홍람광화백광지간몰유현저차이,단도명현고우람광하적증식배수。재협록소함량상,재홍람조합광하식주협편협록소함량최고,이람광하감자조배묘협록소함량최저。람광조사가촉진유묘신장,증가가용성단백함량。인차,응근거감자조배불동계단적기술수요선용합괄적광원。
In this experiment, four type of LED light source including red, blue, red-blue (2:1) and white were used to analyze their effects on sugarcane callus differentiation and seedlings propagation. The results showed that the efficiency of sugarcane callus differentiation under the red light was the highest and close to the maximum value at the time of 16 days. Under blue, red-blue and white light, the callus differentiation was near the highest value at the time of 24 days. On the propagation, there was no significant difference between the red, red-blue and white light, all of which were significantly higher than that under blue light. On the chlorophyll content under red-blue light, the leaf chlorophyll content reached maximum, and under blue light, leaf chlorophyll content reached minimum. This study is also showed that blue light could promote seedling elongation, increase soluble protein content. Therefore, it should choose a suitable light source based on demands of the different stages of sugarcane tissue culture.
