研究了非离子型表面活性剂聚甘油全氟壬烯基醚的合成及其表面性能。以十聚甘油(PG-10)和全氟壬烯(PFN)为原料,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,在碳酸钠存在下合成了十聚甘油全氟壬烯基醚(PDE)。用红外光谱和19F-NMR对产物分子结构进行了表征,考察了 PDE 的合成工艺,泡沫性能和对苯-水体系的乳化性能。当 n(PG-10):n(PFN):n(Na2CO3)=1:1:1,DMF为溶剂,PG-10和 PFN 在50℃反应6 h,所得产物 PDE 水溶液的临界表面张力(CMC)为22.5 mN?m-1。1 g?L-1 PDE水溶液对苯-水体系的乳化力为746 s,发泡体积为75 mL,泡沫半衰期(T1/2)为77 s。十聚甘油全氟壬烯基醚是性能优良的非离子表面活性剂和乳化剂。

A nonionic fluorocarbon surfactant-perfluorononenyl decaglycerolyl ether (PDE) was synthesized in the presence of Na2CO3 using perfluorononene (PFN) and decaglycerol (PG-10) as raw materials and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent. The surfactant prepared was characterized by IR and 19F-NMR, and the etherification reaction conditions were optimized. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) and emulsibility of the prepared PDE for benzene-H2O were investigated. The results show that its CMC is 22.5 mN?m-1 when decaglycerol was esterified with perfluorononene in solvent DMF and catalyzed by Na2CO3 at 50℃ for 6 h with n(PG-10) : n(PFN) : n(Na2CO3) = 1:1:1. The emulsifying ability of 1 g?L-1 PDE aqueous solution for the benzene-H2O system is 746 s with foam volume (V) of 75 mL and the maintaining time for half foam volume is 77 s. The study indicates that PDE is an excellent nonionic fluorocarbon surfactant and emulgent.
