为满足国土资源门户网站地理信息的展示与发布需求，提出并设计了国土资源统一GIS服务平台。平台基于MapGIS IGSS构建，集空间数据管理、信息服务发布、服务监控运维于一体，基于面向服务的设计理念，以先进的计算机、网络、数据库和GIS技术为基础，形成集中、统一的GIS服务应用支撑平台，支持相关GIS应用系统的快速搭建式开发，为国土资源信息化建设提供基础技术支撑服务。
為滿足國土資源門戶網站地理信息的展示與髮佈需求，提齣併設計瞭國土資源統一GIS服務平檯。平檯基于MapGIS IGSS構建，集空間數據管理、信息服務髮佈、服務鑑控運維于一體，基于麵嚮服務的設計理唸，以先進的計算機、網絡、數據庫和GIS技術為基礎，形成集中、統一的GIS服務應用支撐平檯，支持相關GIS應用繫統的快速搭建式開髮，為國土資源信息化建設提供基礎技術支撐服務。

In order to meet the increasing demands of show and release of Geo-information on the land and resources, this paper proposes and designs a unified GIS service platform for land and resources. The platform is building on MapGIS IGSS, integrating the functions of spatial data management, information services release, services monitoring operation and maintenance in one. It is a centralized and unified application supporting platform for GIS service with the service-oriented designing concepts. On the basis of advanced computer technology, network, database and GIS technology, the platform supports the building development process of GIS related application systems and provides basic technical service for the informationization of land and resources.
