Aiming at the dynamical updating demand of provincial-Level fundamental DEM product with triangulated irregular network(TIN) structure, this paper developed an optimal data structure of TIN, which specially contains rich attribute information. Taking the multi-source terrain feature constraints data into account, the algorithm of constrained Delaunay TIN dynamic generation is designed and implemented. Furthermore, the effectiveness of this method proposed in this paper has been verified by the experiment using the real data of 1:10000 DEM.
