为提高无人机航空摄影测量的精度与效率，建立一套科学的航空摄影测量方法，提出了在航测过程中需要注意的因素与实施方案，并将之应用于长江航道整治工程的航测工作中。超轻型固定翼无人飞机数码航空摄影测量具有高分辨率、高成像质量、高几何精度，以及便捷、低成本等特点。本文通过荆江航拍成果的实例验证了前期设计方法的有效性，并将获取的航摄成果用于工程的设计、审核以及利用空间信息技术将获取的离散高程信息数据建立三维模型展示荆江河段的宏观状态等业务中。

The paper provides a scientific methord for improving the accuracy and efficiency of the UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles)aerophotogrammetry, including the factor analysis of the aerial surveying process and implementation plans for the Yangtze River waterway regulation works. Aerophotogrammetry by the ultra-light fixed-wing UAV can get high resolution, high image quality and high geometric precision in a convenient and low cost way. The Jingjiang aerophotogrammetry potographies were taken to demonstrate the effectiveness of pre-design approach and used in the engineering design and auditing, the discrete elevation informations were obtained to establish three-dimensional model showing the overview of Jingjiang with the space information technology.
