目的：观察低强度超声丹参透入疗法对骨折愈合的影响。方法：45只新西兰大耳白兔,人为造成右桡骨中段3 mm骨质缺损作为骨折模型,随机分为3组：超声波治疗组(超声组),超声波联合外用丹参治疗组(实验组)和对照组(不做任何治疗),分别在术后2、4、6周行 X线检查,进行评分,同时观察比较X线片骨痂灰度值。对部分骨折组织行组织病理检查,从组织学角度观察分析骨折愈合情况。结果：X线检查结果显示实验组骨折愈合较超声组和对照组均提前。术后2、4、6周时 X线评分值,X线骨痂灰度值,实验组均高于超声组和对照组(P<0.01)。组织病理结果显示,实验组在机化血肿,纤维、软骨、骨性骨痂生长等方面都优于对照组和超声组。结论：超声波丹参透入疗法对骨折愈合有较好的促进作用。
목적：관찰저강도초성단삼투입요법대골절유합적영향。방법：45지신서란대이백토,인위조성우뇨골중단3 mm골질결손작위골절모형,수궤분위3조：초성파치료조(초성조),초성파연합외용단삼치료조(실험조)화대조조(불주임하치료),분별재술후2、4、6주행 X선검사,진행평분,동시관찰비교X선편골가회도치。대부분골절조직행조직병리검사,종조직학각도관찰분석골절유합정황。결과：X선검사결과현시실험조골절유합교초성조화대조조균제전。술후2、4、6주시 X선평분치,X선골가회도치,실험조균고우초성조화대조조(P<0.01)。조직병리결과현시,실험조재궤화혈종,섬유、연골、골성골가생장등방면도우우대조조화초성조。결론：초성파단삼투입요법대골절유합유교호적촉진작용。
Obj ective:To explored the role of bone healing at different stages after treatment with low intensity pulse ultrasound associated with danshen phonophoresis.Methods:45 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups the ultrasound group(only using low intensity pulse ultrasound)the research group(low intensity pulse ultrasound associated with danshen phonophoresis) and the control group(with sham treatment).All rabbits were fractured at right middle radial bone with the same procedure.The X-ray sx-amination and histological examination were conducted for 2 week,4 weeks and 6 weeks after operation respectively.The X-ray score and his-tological sample were analyzed.Results:Compared with the ultrasound group and the control group,the X-ray had significnatly improved in the research group after different time of operation (P<0.01).Copmared with the control group and the ultrasound group,the histological examination had obviously improved in organization of hematoma,fibrous j oint,woven bone formation and lamellar bone formation in the research group.Conclusion:Low intensity pulse ultrasound associated with danshen phonophoresis had greater improvement effects on bone healing.
