目的:探讨CD44和MMP-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其在淋巴结转移中的作用。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测CD44和MMP-2在94例乳腺癌及其对应乳腺组织中的表达。结果:94例乳腺癌中,CD44在乳腺癌中表达64/94(68.09%),其中伴淋巴结转移者37/44(84.09%);MMP-2在乳腺癌中表达66/94(70.21%),有淋巴结转移者39/44(88.64%)。而在其对应乳腺组织中 CD44和 MMP-2的表达分别为12/94(12.77%)和17/94(18.09%)。CD44和MMP-2在乳腺癌中表达明显高于对应正常乳腺组织(P<0.05),伴淋巴结转移者明显高于不伴淋巴结转移者(P<0.05),CD44和MMP-2在乳腺癌中表达呈正相关(r=0.46,P<0.05)。结论:CD44和MMP-2的表达与乳腺癌及乳腺癌淋巴结转移密切相关,联合检测CD44和MMP-2的表达,有助于乳腺癌的辅助诊断和判定其临床预后。

목적:탐토CD44화MMP-2재유선암조직중적표체급기재림파결전이중적작용。방법:응용면역조화SP법검측CD44화MMP-2재94례유선암급기대응유선조직중적표체。결과:94례유선암중,CD44재유선암중표체64/94(68.09%),기중반림파결전이자37/44(84.09%);MMP-2재유선암중표체66/94(70.21%),유림파결전이자39/44(88.64%)。이재기대응유선조직중 CD44화 MMP-2적표체분별위12/94(12.77%)화17/94(18.09%)。CD44화MMP-2재유선암중표체명현고우대응정상유선조직(P<0.05),반림파결전이자명현고우불반림파결전이자(P<0.05),CD44화MMP-2재유선암중표체정정상관(r=0.46,P<0.05)。결론:CD44화MMP-2적표체여유선암급유선암림파결전이밀절상관,연합검측CD44화MMP-2적표체,유조우유선암적보조진단화판정기림상예후。
Objective:To investistigate the expression of cell adhesion molecule-44(CD44)and metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)in breast cancer tissue and its role in lymph node metastasis.Methods:S-P ingimmunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD44 and MMP-2 in 94 beast cancer cases.Results:In 94 breast cancer cases,the expression of CD44 in breast cancer was 64/94(68.09%)and those with lymph node metastasis was 37/44(84.09%),and the expression of MMP-2 was 66/94(70.21%)and those with lymph node metastasis was 39/44(88.64%),while in its corresponding breast tissue,the expression of CD44 and MMP-2 were 12/94(12.77%)and 17/94(18.09%)respectively.The expression of CD44 and MMP-2 in breast cancer was significantly higher than normal breast tissue (P <0.05 ),and the expression of CD44 and MMP-2 in breast cancer with lymph bode metastasis is significantly higher than that without lymph bode metastasis(P<0.05).The expression of CD44 and MMP-2 in breast cancer were positively correlated (r=0.46,P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of CD44 and MMP-2 in breast cancer and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer were closely related,Joint detection of the expression of CD44 and MMP-2 may be useful in patient diagnossis and clinical prognosis.
