目的:确定党参多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法:以多糖提取率为指标,用正交实验法确定党参多糖的最佳提取工艺和醇沉条件。结果:最佳提取工艺料液比为1∶10,提取1.0 h,提取3次;醇沉条件为:提取液浓缩至1 g/mL,加入乙醇至醇沉浓度为80%,醇沉时间为12 h。结论:该工艺简便、稳定、准确,可用于党参多糖的提取。
目的:確定黨參多糖的最佳提取工藝。方法:以多糖提取率為指標,用正交實驗法確定黨參多糖的最佳提取工藝和醇沉條件。結果:最佳提取工藝料液比為1∶10,提取1.0 h,提取3次;醇沉條件為:提取液濃縮至1 g/mL,加入乙醇至醇沉濃度為80%,醇沉時間為12 h。結論:該工藝簡便、穩定、準確,可用于黨參多糖的提取。
목적:학정당삼다당적최가제취공예。방법:이다당제취솔위지표,용정교실험법학정당삼다당적최가제취공예화순침조건。결과:최가제취공예료액비위1∶10,제취1.0 h,제취3차;순침조건위:제취액농축지1 g/mL,가입을순지순침농도위80%,순침시간위12 h。결론:해공예간편、은정、준학,가용우당삼다당적제취。
Obj ective:To determine the best extracting process of the radix codonopsis polysaccharide.Methods:The extraction rate of the polysaccharide was taked as detection index,and orthogonal design method was used to screen the final optimization extracting process and conditions of ethyl alcohol precipitation.Results:The optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows:ten times amount water was put into the radix codonopsis decoction pieces,which was extracted for three times and every extraction for 1.0 h.The conditions of ethyl alcohol precipitation were determined as follows:the extracting solution was concentrated to 1 g/mL,and put into ethyl alcohol to precipitate when the density was 80%,then continued 1 2 h.Conclusion:The technology was simple,stable and accurate,which may be used in extraction of the radix codonopsis polysaccharide.
