Supply Chain Management (SCM) has emerged as a result of the emergence of specialization based on the re-duced transaction costs and various intermediate organizations since 1980's. Occurring in the forms of financing around various supply chain, it is built on the information flow in the supply chain together with logistics and cash flow. In this paper, ac-cording to the game model analysis, the supply chain is divided into upstream and downstream to give in-depth analysis to the behavior and financing mechanism of the core enterprises and small and medium enterprises (SME). With the basis of the global economic recovery and financial innovation around the real economy, supply chain financing will have a promising de-velopment.
