针对体积庞大的火箭弹轴向尺寸和径向尺寸难以测量的问题,提出了一种基于位移传感器的火箭弹几何尺寸测量系统。首先将弹体稳定支撑,然后通过测量装置对火箭弹轴向尺寸、径向尺寸及翼展进行测量,最后对测量结果进行精度分析。结果表明,文中提出的火箭弹几何尺寸检测系统,可用于直径达500mm、长度达5000mm的火箭弹的非接触测量。并实现对火箭弹的径向尺寸和轴向任意两点之间距离以及翼展的测量,具备测量精度高、自动化程度好、测量时间短、实用性强等优点。
針對體積龐大的火箭彈軸嚮呎吋和徑嚮呎吋難以測量的問題,提齣瞭一種基于位移傳感器的火箭彈幾何呎吋測量繫統。首先將彈體穩定支撐,然後通過測量裝置對火箭彈軸嚮呎吋、徑嚮呎吋及翼展進行測量,最後對測量結果進行精度分析。結果錶明,文中提齣的火箭彈幾何呎吋檢測繫統,可用于直徑達500mm、長度達5000mm的火箭彈的非接觸測量。併實現對火箭彈的徑嚮呎吋和軸嚮任意兩點之間距離以及翼展的測量,具備測量精度高、自動化程度好、測量時間短、實用性彊等優點。
침대체적방대적화전탄축향척촌화경향척촌난이측량적문제,제출료일충기우위이전감기적화전탄궤하척촌측량계통。수선장탄체은정지탱,연후통과측량장치대화전탄축향척촌、경향척촌급익전진행측량,최후대측량결과진행정도분석。결과표명,문중제출적화전탄궤하척촌검측계통,가용우직경체500mm、장도체5000mm적화전탄적비접촉측량。병실현대화전탄적경향척촌화축향임의량점지간거리이급익전적측량,구비측량정도고、자동화정도호、측량시간단、실용성강등우점。
For bulky rockets, it is difficult to measure the axial dimension and radial dimension, in order to solve this problem the rockets geometry measurement system was proposed which based on the displacement sensor. Firstly the projectile was supported stably. Then the radial size and axial size of rockets were measured through measuring device. Finally the measurement results were analyzed accurately. The results show that the rocket geometric dimension mea-surement system can be used for noncontact measurement of rockets which diameter is up to 500mm and length is up to 5000mm. The measurement of the distance between the radial dimension and the axial measurement and the wing-span measurement are realized.At the same time it has the advantages of high accuracy, good degree of automation, time saving and practical.
