为了解决大型结构件测量困难,设计效率低下,产品误差较大等问题,本文提出了采用全站仪测量系统对大型结构件进行逆向设计的方法。以大型结构件某挖掘机动臂为例,利用全站仪测得了外形轮廓数据,通过UG/ImageWare实现了数据处理与曲面重构,并在ImageWare中进行了误差分析,得到点云与曲面的误差值为-0.933mm到0.975mm,符合最大误差±1.0mm要求。说明运用全站仪对大型结构件进行逆向设计是可行的,与传统设计方法相比更加的快捷、高效、高质量,对国内制造业发展具有重要的意义。

In order to solve the difficultly of measuring large-scale structure,low design efficiency,and products error, a new method of reverse design in large-scale structure based on total station measuring system was put forward. Taking a mechanical arm of large-scale structure excavator as an example,the outline data were obtained by using total station,the data processing and surface reconstruction were realized by using UG/ImageWare,and the error was analyzed by using Image Ware. The error values between the point cloud and the surface are only -0.933mm to 0.975mm, the result meets the error requirements of ± 1.0mm. The analysis results show that the reverse design of large-scale structure with total station is feasible. Compared with the traditional design method,the new method is much rapid,efficient and high quality,which makes great significance to the development of domestic manufacturing.
