大学生的创新意识、创新精神、创新能力的高低直接关系着国家民族的前途和命运，高校具有学生创新能力培养的义务和责任。本研究以宝鸡文理学院体育系教学改革中实践教学改革为例，提出高校实践教学体系的基本结构，为促进高校教学改革提供借鉴意义。

The sense of innovation,spirit and innovation ability is directly related to the level of u-niversity students for the nation's future and destiny.Universities have obligations and responsibilities of students'innovative ability,This study studied the example of Physical Education Department of Baoji University of Arts in Teaching Practice,raised the basic structure of university practice teaching system to promote the reform of university teaching in order to provide reference.
