课程是地方高校教育教学改革的关键着力点，是地方高校基本职能实现的有效媒介。特定文化情境中人存在方式的应然与实然，决定了“地方文化人”是地方高校课程价改革值取向理性选择。但我们必须克服其间的两种倾向，一是以市场为导向的功利性迎合，二是唯从于话语霸权的自我降格。
課程是地方高校教育教學改革的關鍵著力點，是地方高校基本職能實現的有效媒介。特定文化情境中人存在方式的應然與實然，決定瞭“地方文化人”是地方高校課程價改革值取嚮理性選擇。但我們必鬚剋服其間的兩種傾嚮，一是以市場為導嚮的功利性迎閤，二是唯從于話語霸權的自我降格。
과정시지방고교교육교학개혁적관건착력점，시지방고교기본직능실현적유효매개。특정문화정경중인존재방식적응연여실연，결정료“지방문화인”시지방고교과정개개혁치취향이성선택。단아문필수극복기간적량충경향，일시이시장위도향적공리성영합，이시유종우화어패권적자아강격。
The course is the effective medium for the local college to practice the basic function and it is the key of the reform of local college.The local cultural man could be the value orientation which roots the hu-manity living in the established cultural atmosphere.But we should be carefully about the following:the first is to satisfied the demand of market unending;the second is to lost oneself in the discourse hegemony.
