为了研究相关职业选才的听力筛选指标，用听力计对五组青少年群体进行了噪声中纯音辨识能力的测量调查。分析了影响调查结果的不同因素，包括年龄、性别、测试状态、专业背景、训练因素等。对调查结果的统计特性进行了讨论，给出了基于掩蔽量的优秀耳的筛选指标。

In order to study the hearing screening standard for specialized job,five different groups of ado-lescents and young adults were tested by listening to pure tones in noises,and the masking threshold was measured with audiometer. The results were affected with a variety of factors including age,gender,sub-ject’ s mental state during testing,professional background,training history etc. The statistic characteristic of results was discussed,and the best ear screening standard based on masking level was proposed.
