In this paper ,the party’s eighteen plenary session raise ,to deepen the comprehensive reform of education field ,im-prove the system of employment entrepreneurship mechanism. Training high quality talents is the core task of higher education development;it is also the basic requirements of science and education power. Across the country in colleges and universities should be tightly around training high -quality talent the core ,in order to the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the eighteen as an opportunity ,optimize the structure of professional disciplines ,training college students practice innovative spirit ,promoting employment and entrepreneurship education ,training high quality talents of social demanded.
