目的:探讨心脏变时功能对糖尿病患者自主神经损害状况的预测作用。方法对35例糖尿病自主神经损害患者(A组)、39例糖尿病无自主神经损害患者(B组)和40例非糖尿患者(C组)采用动态心电图联合楼梯运动试验检测心脏变时功能和心率变异性,对检测结果进行对比分析。结果 A组24 h最慢心率显著快于B组和C组( P<0.05),24 h最快心率、最快最慢心率差值、运动停止后1 min、2 min、3 min心率恢复值均显著低于B组和C组(P<0.05);B组与C组比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病自主神经损害与无自主神经损害患者及非糖尿患者心脏变时功能有显著性差异,检测心脏变时功能对糖尿病患者自主神经功能损害状况具有一定的预测作用。

목적:탐토심장변시공능대당뇨병환자자주신경손해상황적예측작용。방법대35례당뇨병자주신경손해환자(A조)、39례당뇨병무자주신경손해환자(B조)화40례비당뇨환자(C조)채용동태심전도연합루제운동시험검측심장변시공능화심솔변이성,대검측결과진행대비분석。결과 A조24 h최만심솔현저쾌우B조화C조( P<0.05),24 h최쾌심솔、최쾌최만심솔차치、운동정지후1 min、2 min、3 min심솔회복치균현저저우B조화C조(P<0.05);B조여C조비교차이균무현저성(P>0.05)。결론당뇨병자주신경손해여무자주신경손해환자급비당뇨환자심장변시공능유현저성차이,검측심장변시공능대당뇨병환자자주신경공능손해상황구유일정적예측작용。
Objective To explore the predictive effect of chronotropic competence on autonomic nervous lesion (ANL) of diabetes mellitus (DM ) patients .Methods Chronotropic competence and heart rate vari-ability (HRV) were detected using dynamic ECG plus stair exercise test among 35 DM patients with ANL (group A) ,39 DM ones without (group B) and 40 non-DM ones ,detection results contrastively analyzed . Results Minimum HR within 24 hours was significantly quicker in group A than B and C (P<0 .05) and maximum HR ,difference between maximum and minimum HR ,HR recovery value at minute 1 ,2 and 3 after stopping exercise were lower in group A than B and C (P<0 .05);there were no significant differ-ences between group B and C (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Chronotropic competence of DM patients with ANL has significant difference from that of DM ones without and non-DM ones ,the detection of chronotropic competence for DM patients has a certain predictive effect on ANL status .
