目的：探讨双止血带法对慢性阻塞性肺病患者浅静脉静脉留置针穿刺成功率的影响。方法将280例慢性阻塞性肺病患者随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组采用双止血带法进行浅静脉静脉留置针穿刺，对照组采用传统的单止血带法进行浅静脉静脉留置针穿刺。结果实验组一次穿刺成功率为95.0％，对照组为74.3％，实验组一次穿刺成功率显著高于对照组（χ2＝24．14，P＜0.01）。结论采用双止血带法可提高慢性阻塞性肺病患者浅静脉静脉留置针穿刺成功率。
목적：탐토쌍지혈대법대만성조새성폐병환자천정맥정맥류치침천자성공솔적영향。방법장280례만성조새성폐병환자수궤분위실험조화대조조，실험조채용쌍지혈대법진행천정맥정맥류치침천자，대조조채용전통적단지혈대법진행천정맥정맥류치침천자。결과실험조일차천자성공솔위95.0％，대조조위74.3％，실험조일차천자성공솔현저고우대조조（χ2＝24．14，P＜0.01）。결론채용쌍지혈대법가제고만성조새성폐병환자천정맥정맥류치침천자성공솔。
Objective To explore the impact of double tourniquet method on puncture success rate of su-perficial venous indwelling needle of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Meth-ods A total of 280 COPD patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group ,experimen-tal group was punctured using two-tourniquet technique for superficial venous indwelling needle ,and con-trol group using the traditional tourniquet method. Results One-time puncture success rate was signifi-cantly higher in experimental than control group(95 .0% vs. 74 .3% ,χ2 =24 .14 ,P<0 .01). Conclusion Double tourniquet method can improve the puncture success rate of superficial venous indwelling needle of COPD patients.
