目的：探讨品管圈活动在新护士培训中的应用效果。方法将36名新护士随机分为两组，分别接受品管圈活动培训及常规方法培训，观察3个月，比较两组培训结果。结果培训3个月后品管圈活动组理论知识、操作技能考核成绩及新护士对培训的满意率均显著高于常规组（P＜0．01）。结论品管圈活动有助于提高新护士的理论知识和实践水平。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle (QCC) in new nurse training .Methods Thirty-six new nurses were randomly assigned to two groups receiving QCC or routine method training respectively for 3 months and training effects compared .Results After 3 month training theoret-ical knowledge and operating skill examination scores as well as nurses ’ satisfac-tion rate to training were significantly higher in QCC than control group (P<0 .01) .Conclusion QCC ac-tivity is conducive to improving the theoretical knowledge and practical level of new nurses .
