目的：了解胆道闭锁患儿家属的心身健康状况。方法对255名胆道闭锁患儿家属采用症状自评量表、抑郁自评量表进行测评分析。结果胆道闭锁患儿家属症状自评量表抑郁、焦虑及恐怖因子分均显著高于全国常模（P＜0．01）；抑郁自评量表总分显著高于全国常模（P＜0．01），其中女性家属显著高于男性（P＜0．05）；年龄≤3个月患儿生存率显著高于＞3个月的患儿，其家属焦虑、抑郁、恐怖情绪检出率显著低于年龄＞3个月的患儿家属（P＜0．01）。结论胆道闭锁患儿家属存在不同程度的心理问题，女性家属心理问题更为突出，应对其予以有针对性的心理干预提高其心身健康水平。

Objective To investigate the psychosomatic health status of family members of child with bili-ary atresia (BA) .Methods Assessments were conducted with the Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS ) among 255 family members of BA children .Results Depression ,anxi-ety and phobia score of the SCL-90 (P<0 .01) as well as the total score of the SDS (P<0 .01) were signif-icantly higher in BA family members compared with national norm ,so were those in the female than the male (P<0 .05);the survival rate was significantly higher in children aged ≤ 3 months than ones > 3 , the detection rate of anxiety ,depression and phobia were significantly lower in former family members than latter national norms (P<0 .01) .Conclusion Family members of BA patients have psycho-problems in varying degrees ,especially the female ,to them purposeful psychological intervention should be given in order to improve their psychosomatic health levels .
