目的：探讨BC-5500和BC-5800全自动血液分析仪在同一实验室检测结果的一致性。方法采集新鲜静脉血标本40份，以BC-5800血液分析仪的测定结果作为参考方法的测定值， BC-5500的测定结果为比对方法的测定值，进行一致性比对实验。结果两台仪器上测定的白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积和血小板结果比较差异均无显著性（P＞0．05）；两台仪器检测各项目的R≥0．975。结论两台仪器性能稳定，检测结果具有可比性，在临床工作中可同时或交替使用。
목적：탐토BC-5500화BC-5800전자동혈액분석의재동일실험실검측결과적일치성。방법채집신선정맥혈표본40빈，이BC-5800혈액분석의적측정결과작위삼고방법적측정치， BC-5500적측정결과위비대방법적측정치，진행일치성비대실험。결과량태의기상측정적백세포、홍세포、혈홍단백、홍세포압적화혈소판결과비교차이균무현저성（P＞0．05）；량태의기검측각항목적R≥0．975。결론량태의기성능은정，검측결과구유가비성，재림상공작중가동시혹교체사용。
Objective To explore the consistency between MINDRAY BC-5500 and BC-5800 auto hema-tology analyzer detection results in the same laboratory .Methods Consistent correlative experiments were conducted between BC-5800 determination results as reference method and BC-5500 from 40 freshly collected venous blood samples as comparison method .Results There were no significant differences in WBC ,RBC ,hemoglobin ,hematocrit and platelet between two instruments (P> 0 .05);each item R by two instruments was ≥0 .975 .Conclusion Two instrument performances are stable ,their results compa-rable ,and they could be used simultaneously or alternately in the clinical work .
