用微孔滤膜采集环境空气中锡及其化合物,采集的样品经消解后用原子荧光光谱法测定其中锡的含量,对消化液和还原剂的选择进行了探讨。锡浓度在0.0~50.0μg/L范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.9997,加标回收率为91.8%~97.2%,方法的检出限为0.15μg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.24%~4.75%(n=6)。该方法适用于环境空气中锡及其化合物浓度的测定。

After being collected by micropore membrane filters, tin and its compounds in environmental air was digested and determined by atomic fluorescent spectrometry. Choice of digestion and reducing were discussed. There was a good linear relationship between tin concentration and the fluorescence value in the range of 0.0~50.0 μg/L with correlation coefficient of 0.9997. The recovery was 91.8%~97.2%,the detection limit was 0.15 μg/L. The relative standard deviation of determination results was 3.24%~4.75%(n=6).The method is suitable for the determination of tin and its compounds concentration in the environmental air.
