为解决某兵器工业集团公司的导条安装样板检测量具遇到的加工难题,针对传统普通机床加工弧旋曲线,以及数控铣床在加工阿基米德螺旋线时存在的加工刀具不共线等几方面问题进行了分析和论述,提出了一种新的薄壁弧旋导条安装检测量具加工工艺,可克服普通机床加工非圆曲线轮廓繁琐的加工步骤,基本消除了阿基米德螺旋线与加工刀具轴线不共线的问题,实践证明能够有效的提高加工精度。
為解決某兵器工業集糰公司的導條安裝樣闆檢測量具遇到的加工難題,針對傳統普通機床加工弧鏇麯線,以及數控鐉床在加工阿基米德螺鏇線時存在的加工刀具不共線等幾方麵問題進行瞭分析和論述,提齣瞭一種新的薄壁弧鏇導條安裝檢測量具加工工藝,可剋服普通機床加工非圓麯線輪廓繁瑣的加工步驟,基本消除瞭阿基米德螺鏇線與加工刀具軸線不共線的問題,實踐證明能夠有效的提高加工精度。

In allusion to the traditional ordinary machining arc rotation curves, as well as CNC milling ma-chining Archimedes spiral machining tools exist when not collinear, several aspects were analyzed and dis-cussed to solve the Ordnance Group 's problem of processing inspection gages in mounting guide bar tem-plate. A new spin sliver thin arc detection measuring installation process was proposed, and the tedious pro-cessing steps with common machining to cure non-circular curve profile were overcome. It eliminates the problems basically that Archimedes spiral not collinear axis machining tool, and it proved to improve the ma-chining accuracy effectively.
