目的：评价随州地区结核病防治规划（2001-2010年）实施情况，总结规划实施过程中的成功经验，分析存在的问题和不足，提出建议。方法按照《全国结核病防治规划（2001-2010）终期评估实施方案》中的调查表格以及社会效益与经济效益评价方法进行研究分析。结果结核病症状者就诊率由2001年的0.84‰提高到2010年的3.18‰；肺结核患者的转诊到位率、总体到位率由2001年的11.96%、28.65%分别提高到2010年的45.75%、92.99%，涂阳治愈率为96.53%，可避免104050例健康人感染肺结核菌，可减少10405例新发患者，可减少因结核病死亡3380例，可挽回的社会经济价值71330.228万元。每投入1元可产生52.99元的社会经济效益。结论随州地区结核病防治规划（2001-2010年）实施的10年，成效明显，但要随州地区结核病防治工作可持续发展，仍存在一些困难与挑战。

Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of Suizhou area tuberculosis control programme from 2001 to 2010,and summarise the successful experience and problems in the process of implementation,then put forward some sustainable development suggestions.Methods Use the TB management information system to colect patients found,registration,treatment and other relevant datas,In accordance with the social and economic benefit evaluation method and the survey form from “The final evaluation implementation plan of national TB control programme(2001-2010)”,to research and analysis.Results It is found that in 2001 the outpatient rate of suspected patients was 0.84‰ and was increased to 3.18‰ in 2010.The referral arrival rate and total arrival rate of Tuberculosis patient were seperately increased from 11.96%,28.65% in 2001 to 45.75%,92.99% in 2010 and The cure rate of smear positive patients is 96.53%,which can prevent 104 050 cases of healthy people infected with Pulmonary tuberculosis and reduce 10 405 new patients and 3380 cases of death,thus restoring the social and economic value of 71 330.228 milion yuan.That is to say,one yuan investment wil generate 52.99 yuan of social and economic benefits.Conclusion The implementation of Tuberculosis preventation planning in Suizhou area(from 2001 to 2010),has got a great achievement,but there are stil some difficulties and chalenges if we want to achieve the sustainable development of tuberculosis control work in Suizhou area.
