针对五轴数控机床种类繁多、运动学构成复杂、运动学模型求解不便的问题,分析了三大类五轴数控机床旋转运动特征,结合运动学原理,建立其各自的运动学模型,进而抽象出五轴数控机床旋转运动的通用模型。基于旋转矩阵的正交特性,对通用模型进行变换,最后使用Gauss消元法来求解模型。对于多解的情况,给出一种选择最优解的策略。最后通过仿真验证了处理方法的可行性和高效性。
針對五軸數控機床種類繁多、運動學構成複雜、運動學模型求解不便的問題,分析瞭三大類五軸數控機床鏇轉運動特徵,結閤運動學原理,建立其各自的運動學模型,進而抽象齣五軸數控機床鏇轉運動的通用模型。基于鏇轉矩陣的正交特性,對通用模型進行變換,最後使用Gauss消元法來求解模型。對于多解的情況,給齣一種選擇最優解的策略。最後通過倣真驗證瞭處理方法的可行性和高效性。

There are kinds of five-axis NC machines to meet different processing demands and motion con-version of machine coordinate is different. After analyzing the machine motion coordinates, we build three models for three kinds of machines. We get a general rotational model for five-axis machine from the three models. For the rotation matrix is an orthogonal matrix, we can solve the equation with Gaussian Elimina-tion after a property transformation. There is also a strategy to find the best solution when the equation has multiple solutions. The validity and usefulness of the algorithm are confirmed by the simulation analysis.
