珩磨头是珩磨机上与工件直接接触的关键部件,在高速换向过程中,加速度的大小对加工精度有重要的影响。以双进给珩磨头磨头体为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对磨头体的换向过程进行静态分析得到了最危险工况条件,并且对磨头体在加速度分别为1.5g和2.5g的工况条件下进行静态分析。结果表明加速度值越大,磨头体的变形量越小,有利于加工精度的提高,为珩磨头的结构优化提供一定的参考。

Honing head is honing machine of the key parts in direct contact with the workpiece, its accelera-tion has an effect on the accuracy of the workpiece in the process of high speeding. With the dual feed grinding head structure as the research object, using ANSYS software to analysis the process of reciprocating motion of the honing head grinding head body and get the most dangerous working condition. Then static a-nalysis the grinding head body under the condition of the acceleration are 1. 5 g and 2. 5 g. The results show that the acceleration bigger, the deformation of grinding head body smaller. It is beneficial to the improvement of the machining accuracy and providing certain reference for honing head structure optimization.
