以单螺杆泵定子为研究对象,应用ANSYS软件,对所建立的二维模型、三维简化模型和三维模型进行定子内腔非均匀施压的位移和应力分析。通过对单螺杆泵定子的三种不同模型的合位移量、等效应力以及XY平面的剪应力云图结果对比分析,发现应用不同模型进行有限元分析的明显差异,表明三维模型的分析结果更加接近于真实情况,从而佐证了应用三维模型进行有限元分析的必要性。

This paper establishes the two-dimensional model, three-dimensional simplified model and three-dimensional of the single-screw pump stators, and accomplishes their displacement and stress analysis in non-uniform pressure inside the stator using ANSYS software. This paper analyzes the comparison results of the combined displacement, equivalent stress and shear stress cloud in the XY plane of single screw pump stator's three different models. The results discover the significant differences of the three models for finite element analysis. This study manifests that finite element analysis of three-dimensional model leads closer to the true situation, and supports the necessity of the application of three-dimensional model for finite element analysis.
