以野生大丁草种子为试材,研究碱性盐NaHCO3对大丁草种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明:低浓度的NaHCO3(≤20 mmol/L)促进种子萌发,而高浓度的NaHCO3(>20 mmol/L)对大丁草种子的萌发有明显的抑制作用;种子发芽率、发芽势、相对发芽率与盐浓度之间呈显著的负相关(P<0.05);大丁草种子萌发期耐盐适宜浓度为28.4 mmol/L,耐盐半致死浓度为42.66 mmol/L,耐盐极限浓度为65.34 mmol/L。

이야생대정초충자위시재,연구감성염NaHCO3대대정초충자맹발특성적영향。결과표명:저농도적NaHCO3(≤20 mmol/L)촉진충자맹발,이고농도적NaHCO3(>20 mmol/L)대대정초충자적맹발유명현적억제작용;충자발아솔、발아세、상대발아솔여염농도지간정현저적부상관(P<0.05);대정초충자맹발기내염괄의농도위28.4 mmol/L,내염반치사농도위42.66 mmol/L,내염겁한농도위65.34 mmol/L。
The effect of NaHCO3 stress in different concentration on Leibnitzia anandria seed germination was studied in this paper. The results showed that low concentrations(≤20 mmol/L) of NaHCO3 could promote seed germination, and the concentrations above 20 mmol/L had an obvious inhibition effect on Leibnitzia anandria seed germination. Significant negative correlations existed between germination rate, germination potential and relative germination rate with the concentration of NaHCO3. The ift salt concentration for Leibnitzia anandria seed germination was 28.49 mmol/L, and the half-lethal concentration and fatal concentration were 42.66 mmol/L and 65.34 mmol/L respectively.
