河北广电光缆传输干线网动环监控系统是根据河北广电网络的自身特点建设的，实现了对偏远山区无人值守站发电机的远程控制，利用省干线OTN公务语音通道解决了无人值守站动环监控信息的传送问题，切实做到了对全网站内动力环境的集中监控管理。应用该系统大大提高了网络维护的及时性和准确性，提高了维护水平和运维效率，节省了网络运营成本，达到了减员增效的目的，保障网络安全可靠运行。

The power&environment supervision system for optical fiber transmission backbone network is con -structed according to the characteristic of Hebei broadcasting& TV information network , which is different to the one of other carrier operator .The remote control of oil engine for no-duty station in remote mountain areas is implemented;and the no-duty station information transmission of power&environment supervision system is achieved by using OTN speech channel of province backbone lines network; and the centralized monitoring control management is feasibly realized in the whole network of Hebei broadcasting & TV information .By the application of the presented system , the timeliness and the accurateness of the network maintenance and the quality and efficiency of the network operation and maintenance are largely improved;the cost of the network operation is saved;the aim of increase efficiency by downsizing staff is achieved;and the reliability and safety of the network operation is guaranteed .
